The kids ran up this very muddy hill and slid down.  The things kids find fun.At the farm there were two baby sheeps.  They are so cute.  They do leap and hop like in the movies and cartoons.Then we went to Santana Row for lunch and desert and strolled around somemore.The kids made wishes in the camellian fountain. I was wondering if this was the new wave of packaging, modeling after Japanese products, going by ounces.  I opened the bag and tasted the chips, about a handful only, and really liked them. Tzu Chi volunteers are everywhere trying to help Haiti.  I am always impressed with their sincerity and their kindness.  I helped by delivery lunch to all the volunteers in the area.  I didn't make the lunch I just did the drop off. They were all there in their uniforms. Each day the schedule goes from 4am to 11:50pm.  Falling asleep in the meditation hall is common.  Although I never had for the winter chan because I was always too cold. This was so much fun! Wow and I remembered how to skate too. The outdoor rink has a outer round about circle and the inner big circle was good for working on spins and turns.  There was plently of staff to sweep people off the ice when they fall. At our house we will often be awaken by dedicated volunteers who show up 7 or 8am to wash, cut, and cook food.  Today we had about 15 volunteers at out house working away. I was the only one there along with Sister Patsy.  I was glad I went.  What was she going to do with all those cards and snacks all by herself.  I decorated cards and wrote gratitude and wishes for their quick return home.  Ate way too much snacks.  I so need to go off the holiday food fest thing. Then I went to join the Taize.
