Gardenias and Roses Aroma Therapy

The smell of fresh gardenia blooming outside my window is so sweet and such a gift along with the gorgeous Latin breed roses along the driveway.

Shocker, saw homeless waking up in Golden Gate Park.
Pleasant experience, Sharon Building is pretty.
Nice, the kids playground was big.
Saved by the sun block lotion bar.
Gross, nasty guys clinging to the lotion bar to pick up girls.
Hurry, use the porta potty before 14,000 others use them.
Yum, lunch box and tea.
Happy Surprise, reunion with Schik family and got adopted again into their family party.
Ugh! People who arrive at 10:45am cutting to the front of the line when gates open.
Funny, dogs race and dive for the over flowing dumps off JFK and MLK, their guardian run and scream after them.
Mean, young ladies who ignore you only to push you out of your spot to get closer to the stage using various tactics of ridicule, etc…
Gentleman, Ryan Star threw his T-Shirt for gift, 3 grabbed for it, the gentleman let go to be nice.
Sweet, Schik family kept an eye out for me during the mosh pit struggles.
Rock On! Natasha Beddingfield was out of the park!
Not so Hot, Ryan Star.
Medium Rare, Plain White T’s.
Darn, Five for Fighting only did a few tunes.
Refresing, Sarah Barellis’ lyrics were intimate and strong.
Nasty, women by the swing smoking, using profanity every other work in the nonstop yapping.
Right On, a mom telling someone else’s child to not play with the swing in dangerous way to keep playground safety control.
Happy, I liked the pink dress I wore today
Felt Good to share fruits with parent.

Not Only Tea for Breakfast

The topic for this morning’s breakfast tea contemplation were fantacies, doorways, transmedium, ghosts, demons, and channeling.  How's that for breakfast menu!

One On Anger

Defining anger is like trying to define love.  There are just so many ways.  Here is one for this moment.

Anger is a frustrated demand of unagreed conditions imposed upon others resulting in affliction and troubled difficulty and hardships.

Tea Helps to Put out Flames

A little tea and chocolate makes everything feel all better.
My head was in flames.
Things were burning inside.
Who are the who’s who are angry?
What are they?
What’s that, that is being protested?
Well, let wisdom and compassion stand.
Everything else can burn to ashes.
Away they can all go.

I Miss

I put my head down and it felt swollen and on fire.

I miss the mountains.
I miss the clarity.
I miss the center grounding.
I miss the focus.
I miss not thinking.
I miss the peace.
I miss the stillness.

Inspirational Day on Being the Change

Listened to the presentations of what people are doing on a grassroots level from a place of compassion, kindness projects benefiting communities. I reflected on all those things and I felt small and petty for each thing I was stuck on in my tiny little world called my life.

Amidt, a big giant bear, reminds me of a strong Vajra, kind and stable, new to the monastery gave me a giant bear hug. A much needed one I have found on my end. There is something within him that is straight and righteous that commands without oppression and it is easy to trust without question. He wrapped his arms around my back and lifted me up and shook my spine and broke free of all my fatigue in the body from the day. What a wonderful gift of surprise.
