Local Tzu Chi Volunteers Lending a Hand for Haiti

Today was very cold, windy and wet. Tzu Chi volunteers are everywhere trying to help Haiti. I am always impressed with their sincerity and their kindness. I helped by delivery lunch to all the volunteers in the area. I didn't make the lunch I just did the drop off. They were all there in their uniforms. They have a dress code and the dress code set in Taiwan was not for cold weather places. So the volunteers did not know if they were allowed to wear gloves, beanies, or even hold a cup of hot tea or coffee to stay warm. I was running around and I was having trouble staying warm. The uniform isn't made for cold weathers. What does the east coast do? Where it snows, even the north?
