Shelley and Andrew's birthday celebration at Gombe.Andrew is usually in Taiwan with his parents for his birthday so we don't ever seem to be in the same country when his birthday rolls around. So we decided to celebrate a belated birthday anyways for him. Shelley also spends her birthday in Taiwan with her mother but she died last December so this year is the first year we are celebrating her birthday together. I made a chocolate cake with strawberry filling and topped with a glaze decorated with clover and jasmine.
