Sky Trip

Day 1
Amy came to pick me up around 9am. We had a leisurely breakfast for an hour. We rolled off at 10am. We noticed we were low on gas and pulled over in Pleasanton to fill up the tank. We noticed there was a farmers market and got excited. We decided to go shopping.

Here is the Amy at the Kettle Corn line, it was a long line and it was well worth it. Hot crispy crunchy sweet popcorn is just a fun munchy.
At Pleasanton Farmer's Market you can get Mickey Mouse ballon animal along with Elmo etc... it's $3. each. Check out the crowd of children waiting patiently to watch the magic of balloon becoming animals.

This boy was helping his father sell oranges handing out sample oranges on a beautiful sunny Saturday.

This is the road to Lake Tahoe. I love the mountains snowy, looks like chocolate cake with white frosting.

Here is another visiting family enjoying the snowy beaches. The father is towing his daughter on a sleigh.

Taking a sunset walk with Laura, Elaine and Amy.

These icicles are beautiful on these noble firs. It's like Christmas in March.

Here is another family on the beach having a snow ball fight.

A little girl making snowman.

My sunset shadow on the very powdery snow. It's because it snowed yesterday. I love the swoosh, crunch feel of stomping on snow, and the sinking into the snow.

We stayed at Lake Tahoe Beach and Ski Resort. We are in a townhouse set up two stories and a hot tube with jets. This is nice. It is right on the beach.

Boys on vacation making snow angels

Doggie paws, dogs were here on a snowy doggie walk.

The winds picked up and snowy powder was flying everywhere.

Snow Angel demonstration.

Winds picked up and we were cold like in a blizzard on our return walk. We are thawing back in our comfortable place with the heater on high blast.
I love traveling with my Dharma Sisters, Elaine Amy Laura. We seem to travel well. I hope we continue to do this the rest of our lives, even when we have white hair and dentures.

"Dentures, I am not having dentures, speak for yourself" demanded Elaine.

"I am not having dentures, I am going to have perfect teeth when I die!" claimed Laura.
