I had a headache, my head was stuffy, I sat in the car
and rested during break. I had planned
to go hiking after work but I decided to go home instead. I ended up watching Shirley McClain on Oprah
talking about UFO “clouds”, karma, meditation, psychic vision, telepathy. She talked about how sex isn’t important from
the spiritual path, spiritual point of view.
I realized I keep trying to please people and they keep
disapproving, it’s a vicious cycle.
