I was making heart shaped pasta and Naji suggested that since it is heart shaped, the only proper sauce should be chocolate. I took what he said seriously and actually did my first pasta with chocolate sauce. I felt like an Iron Chef from the Japanese series where creative inventive and very daring experimental combinations were attempted.
