Sing!

All of yesterday’s activities really took chi, my voice this morning was hoarse and low, I knew how fatigued I was, yet I was not physically tired.  I should cash in on this change of voice and sing! 

Can't Taste Food

It has been 10 days plus since my return.  I have only been able to taste tea and fruits since my arrival in SFO so I haven't bothered with cooking and have only been eating instant noodles, no taste, no inspirations , no cooking tonight was the first time I was able to taste other foods like corn and veggie tuna sushi and samosa.  I guess I am exhausted from my trip.

Heart & Body

It is the natural course for the body to get fatigued worn out fall apart wither away.

It is not the natural course for the heart soul to wear out tire out and loose faith and light of hope and wither away in isolation in darkness of hopelessness and despair.
