Special Person of the Week

Ellie with her best friend Cloey whose brother Shawn is also Ellie's brother Kevin's best friend.



Ellie and all her favorite trinkets in her very pink school bag. But now days, kids need school bags that come in a roller. Is it really necessary to let life become this way for kids?

This was my first time picking up Ellie and Lena from school. It was a surprise pick up for them. It was fun to surprise them at school. I had fun letting them show me their school and tell me stories of this and that. They are both very wonderful and special girls.

Helen's Birthday

Helen's birthday I made her apple puff instead of cake, upon her request of something apple, close to apple pie. This was something I can make with her kids that wasn't going to be too messing or difficult. It was delicious too. Kevin and I got her New Moon for her to read as a gift. She reads to her kids every evening and she is reading the series to her son Kevin every night. I saw Twilight twice, the movie. Now I've got her Twilight book and I shall read it. I'm afraid to start, it'll be like Potter books, I'll have to inhale it, sleep will seem like a waste of time, a distraction from reading.

While baking Rockie was trying to sniff himself into the oven, good thing it's shut. He likes good food. It's probably because of his French ancestry.
